Welcome to All Seasons Counselling, a private practice providing professional and confidential counselling services. My name is Maria Schultz, and I am a qualified counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

At All Seasons Counselling I collect & hold some sensitive data about you.

To fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, we want to make you aware of a few things:

● The information collected is information that is necessary for contact – your name, address, email, phone number, next of kin and GP.

● We ask for this information as you are having counselling with Maria Schultz at All Seasons Counselling.

● The only people that have access to this data is me Maria Schultz.

● This data is stored safely in full compliance with GDPR.

● Your data is kept confidential and secure – in a locked cabinet and/or password protected PC or phone - and in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

● At any point you can have full access to this data.

● All Seasons Counselling will never share your data with any external agencies for any commercial, or other, purpose.

Data protection complaints

Data protection complaints — your right under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025

You have the right to make a data protection complaint directly to me. I take all complaints seriously and will investigate promptly.

To submit a complaint:​

I will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

If you are not satisfied with my response, you may escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
